A consultant leads the day-to-day work alongside your team, supported by a named senior advisor throughout. Specialists join for the parts that need them and step off when they are done. We build the engagement model around your problem and scope it in phases up front, so you see the whole arc before the work begins. The first ten weeks have defined outcomes and a decision point before the next phase.
Every engagement includes a handover. Before we begin, we agree what your team will be able to run on its own at the end, and what has to be in place for us to step out.
