Amber Murayi, Founder & Managing Partner
Amber Murayi founded Artisan Strategy Partners after nearly two decades working inside some of the most complex strategy and growth challenges in the consumer industry. Before launching ASP, she held senior strategy roles at The Hershey Company and Acosta Group, and spent time at BCG advising clients across consumer products, retail, and growth strategy. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
ASP was built on a simple premise: most organizations have the strategy. What they’re missing is someone who can make it real. Amber built a firm that does exactly that — embedding with leadership teams at critical inflection points to turn direction into decisions, and decisions into momentum.
Amber believes the gap between strategy and results is almost never a strategy problem. It’s a translation problem. That’s the work ASP was built to do.
